Eintragung im Grundbuch18 1 Das Grundbuchamt reicht dem kantonalen Steueramt bei der Veräusserung eines Grundstücks einer in der Schweiz ausschliesslich aufgrund von Grundbesitz im Sinn von Art. 4 Abs. 1 lit. c und Art. 51 Abs. 1 lit. c DBG19 steuerpflichtigen Person vor dem Grundbucheintrag die Ausweise über den Rechtsgrund der Veräusserung ein.* 2 Das kantonale Steueramt erteilt dem Grundbuchamt die schriftliche Zustimmung zum Grundbucheintrag.*
