§ 5. Keele- ja kultuuriõpe B-võõrkeele asemel
(1) Kui õpilase emakeel kuulub koolis õpetatavate A- või B-võõrkeelte hulka ja õpilasel on riiklikust õppekavast tulenev kohustus õppida B-võõrkeelt, võimaldab kool õpilasel alates teisest kooliastmest õppida emakeelt B-võõrkeele asemel. (2) Kui võõrkeele rühmas on vähemalt kümme õpilast, kelle emakeel on õpitav võõrkeel, võib kool moodustada nendest eraldi keeleõppe rühma ning lähtuda õppe läbiviimisel keele- ja kultuuriõppe eesmärkidest.

(1) Kui õpilase emakeel kuulub koolis õpetatavate A- või B-võõrkeelte hulka ja õpilasel on riiklikust õppekavast tulenev kohustus õppida B-võõrkeelt, võimaldab kool õpilasel alates teisest kooliastmest õppida emakeelt B-võõrkeele asemel. (2) Kui võõrkeele rühmas on vähemalt kümme õpilast, kelle emakeel on õpitav võõrkeel, võib kool moodustada nendest eraldi keeleõppe rühma ning lähtuda õppe läbiviimisel keele- ja kultuuriõppe eesmärkidest.
