§ 50¹. Paragrahvi 11 rakendamine
(1) Enne 12. augustil 2024. a jõustunud muudatusi algatatud ostumenetlus viiakse lõpuni seni kehtinud alustel ja korras. (2) Enne 2026. aasta juulis jõustunud muudatust algatatud partneri riigihange viiakse lõpuni seni kehtinud alustel ja korras.
