Kommando und Organisationsstruktur 1 Die Kantonspolizei bildet ein einziges Korps, das militärisch organisiert ist, durch einen Kommandanten geführt wird und aus operativen und unterstützenden Einheiten besteht. * a) * … b) * … 2 Jede Einheit wird von einem Stabsoffizier geführt. 3 Der Kommandant und die Stabsoffiziere bilden das Kommando der Kantonspolizei. 4 Unter Vorbehalt der Bestimmungen dieses Kapitels regelt eine Verordnung des Staatsrates: a) die allgemeine Organisation der Einheiten, ihre territoriale Einteilung, ihre Aufträge und ihre Bezeichnung; b) die Dienstgradordnung; c) den Polizeibestand.
