Einheit der öffentlichen Gewalt 1 Die Kantonspolizei erledigt die Gesamtheit ihrer Aufgaben auf dem ganzen Kantonsgebiet. 2 Einzig die Polizisten sind berechtigt, polizeiliche Handlungen vorzunehmen und Gewalt anzuwenden, dies unter dem Vorbehalt von Befugnissen, die ausdrücklich durch das Gesetz an andere Funktionsträger übertragen werden.
