Lehr- und Praktikumsvertrag 1 Der Lehrvertrag ist mit dem vom Kanton zur Verfügung gestellten Vertragsformular abzuschliessen und dem Amt für Berufsbildung in der Regel vor Beginn der Ausbildung einzureichen. 2 Die Genehmigung des Lehr- und Praktikumsvertrags erfolgt, wenn die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen erfüllt sind.
