Art. 40 VI.IV Aufhebung der IVSE
IVSE 1 Sobald das Quorum gemäss Artikel 39 Absatz 1 unterschritten wird, ist die IVSE aufzuheben. 2 Der Vorstand VK meldet die Unterschreitung des Quorums an die SODK. Die SODK legt den Zeitpunkt für die Aufhebung fest und teilt ihn den Kantonen sowie dem Fürstentum Liechtenstein mit. 3 Ein allfälliger Liquidationsgewinn ist der SODK zu überweisen.
