Art. 29 Durchführung
1 Die Kantone bezeichnen eine Behörde, die für die Durchführung von J+S zuständig ist. Sie stellen insbesondere die notwendige Infrastruktur sowie die finanziellen und die personellen Ressourcen zur Verfügung. 2 Sie fördern J+S aktiv durch eine angemessene Promotion. Das BASPO kann Promotionsartikel zur Verfügung stellen. 3 Das Bundesamt für Bauten und Logistik (BBL) besorgt bei Bedarf und in Absprache mit dem BASPO den Druck und den Vertrieb der Drucksachen, Lehr- und Lernmittel und der Auszeichnungen.
