Art. 33 Kader
1 Zum Kader gehören alle Personen mit einer Anerkennung als ESA-Leiterin oder ‑Leiter oder als ESA-Expertin oder -Experte. 2 Wer die entsprechende Aus- und Weiterbildung erfolgreich absolviert hat, kann als ESA-Leiterin oder -Leiter oder als ESA-Expertin oder -Experte anerkannt werden. Das BASPO erteilt die Anerkennung auf Antrag des Organisators der Kaderbildung. Es kann in begründeten Fällen vom Antrag abweichen.
