Art. 32.4 <strong>*</strong> Umsatzbeteiligung
1 Die Gemeinde stellt dem jeweiligen Veranstalter mögliche Caterer zur Auswahl. Diesem steht es frei, welche Caterer er wählt bzw. wo er ein Angebot einholt. Dem Caterer werden bei Nutzung der Kücheninfrastruktur 6 % des Umsatzes in Rechnung gestellt (3 % ohne Nutzung der Kücheninfrastruktur).
