21-6-224. Judicial review of actions of board.

(a) Any school district or a district boundary board, if aggrieved by any action of the state committee, may institute proceedings for judicial review thereof in the district court of the county in which an affected school district is located pursuant to provisions of the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act. No other person shall have standing to appeal a decision of the state committee made under this article. The state committee shall be named defendant, and service of process shall be pursuant to the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure. (b) The appeal shall be heard promptly. Pending the appeal provided by this section, all proceedings regarding the proposal shall be stayed unless otherwise ordered by the court to which appeal is taken.
