§ 49
(1) Der Antrag auf Einleitung des Verfahrens gemäß § 105 Absatz 1 BVerfGG kann gestellt werden von mindestens sechs Mitgliedern des Gerichts, im Falle des § 105 Absatz 1 Nummer 1 BVerfGG auch vom Präsidenten und vom Vizepräsidenten gemeinsam. (2) Der Antrag samt Begründung wird allen Mitgliedern des Gerichts in vertraulicher Form gegen Empfangsbestätigung mitgeteilt.
