§ 60
Ist ein Kammermitglied nach § 97c Absatz 2 BVerfGG von der Mitwirkung ausgeschlossen oder aus sonstigen Gründen verhindert, tritt an seine Stelle das vom Plenum zur Vertretung dieses Kammermitglieds bestimmte Mitglied des Gerichts. Ist auch dieses verhindert, erfolgt die Vertretung durch das dienstälteste Mitglied aus dem Senat, dem das Kammermitglied angehört. Das gilt für die verbleibende Amtszeit auch, falls ein Mitglied der Beschwerdekammer aus dem Gericht ausscheidet.
