(1) Die Mitglieder des Gerichts werden über alle wichtigen, das Gericht berührenden Vorgänge unterrichtet. (2) Bei Einladungen an das Gericht entscheidet in der Regel der Protokollausschuss, ob und durch wen sie wahrgenommen werden. Soweit der Präsident an seiner Stelle entscheidet, ist der Protokollausschuss zu unterrichten. (3) Für Besuche beim Gericht gilt Entsprechendes.
