Title 33 Professions and Occupations

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

Reports required by this subsection shall be made within sixty (60) days of the time the claim comes to the attention of the insurer. (d) Other reports required by this section shall be made within ninety (90) days of the time the claim comes to the attention of the person responsible for reporting. Reports shall be in the form and contain information required by the board. Any entity or person subject to the reporting requirements of this section shall be subject to a fine up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation of this section. Each day that a requirement of this section is not met shall constitute a separate violation. In the event that the board is required to bring a civil action to enforce this section, the violating party shall additionally be liable to the board for all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the board in prosecuting the action.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
