Art. 16 V. Strafbestimmungen und Rechtsmittel
Bussen 1 Verstösse gegen dieses Waldgesetz und der gestützt darauf ergangenen Reglemente und Erlasse werden, soweit nicht übergeordnetes Recht etwas anderes vorschreibt, vom Stadtrat mit Bussen bis zu Fr. 10 000.– geahndet. Zusätzlich besteht die Verpflichtung zu vollem Schadenersatz. 2 Für Bussen bis zu Fr. 500.– ist die Forst- und Alpverwaltung zuständig.
