§ 3. Tagatisraha märgile kantav teave
Tagatisraha märgile kantakse pakendiseaduse § 21 lõike 5 alusel valdkonna eest vastutava ministri määrusega kehtestatud pakendi tagatisraha suurus, mis tähistatakse tähemärgiga vastavalt pakendi kasutuskordadele ja pakendimaterjaliliigile.
