§ 4 Pflichtvorsorge
(1) Der Arbeitgeber hat nach Maßgabe des Anhangs Pflichtvorsorge für die Beschäftigten zu veranlassen. Pflichtvorsorge muss vor Aufnahme der Tätigkeit und anschließend in regelmäßigen Abständen veranlasst werden. (2) Der Arbeitgeber darf eine Tätigkeit nur ausüben lassen, wenn der oder die Beschäftigte an der Pflichtvorsorge teilgenommen hat. (3) (weggefallen)
