§ 15a Übergangsregelung nach dem Gesetz zur Reform der Arbeitsförderung
Haben die Voraussetzungen für die Erbringung von Leistungen nach § 4 vor dem 1. April 1997 vorgelegen, erbringt die Bundesagentur die Leistungen nach § 4 auch dann, wenn die Voraussetzungen des § 2 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 und Abs. 2 Nr. 1 in der bis zum 31. März 1997 geltenden Fassung vorliegen.
