§ 15c Übergangsregelung nach dem Gesetz zur Fortentwicklung der Altersteilzeit
Ist eine Vereinbarung über Altersteilzeitarbeit vor dem 1. Januar 2000 abgeschlossen worden, erbringt die Bundesagentur die Leistungen nach § 4 auch dann, wenn die Voraussetzungen des § 2 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 und 3 in der bis zum 1. Januar 2000 geltenden Fassung vorliegen.
