§ 15d Übergangsregelung zum Zweiten Gesetz zur Fortentwicklung der Altersteilzeit
Ist eine Vereinbarung über Altersteilzeitarbeit vor dem 1. Juli 2000 abgeschlossen worden, gelten § 5 Abs. 2 Satz 2 und § 6 Abs. 2 Satz 2 in der bis zum 1. Juli 2000 geltenden Fassung. Sollen bei einer Vereinbarung nach Satz 1 Leistungen nach § 4 für einen Zeitraum von länger als fünf Jahren beansprucht werden, gilt § 5 Abs. 2 Satz 2 in der ab dem 1. Juli 2000 geltenden Fassung.
