Abweichend von § 5 Absatz 1 Nummer 2 erlischt der Anspruch auf die Leistungen nach § 4 nicht, wenn mit der Altersteilzeit vor dem 1. Januar 2010 begonnen worden ist und die Voraussetzungen für einen Anspruch auf eine Rente für besonders langjährig Versicherte nach § 236b des Sechsten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch erfüllt sind.
