1 Jede Abteilung, deren Fachbereich durch ein Geschäft berührt wird, hat das Recht, angehört zu werden. 2 Die federführende Abteilung holt rechtzeitig diese Mitberichte ein und legt sie mit ihrem Bericht dem Gemeinderat vor. 3 Geschäfte mit finanziellen Auswirkungen sind in jedem Fall der Finanzverwaltung vorzulegen. 4 Jedes Geschäft trägt die Unterschrift des zuständigen Ratsmitglieds. Es kann wahlweise als Antrag oder zur Aussprache vorgelegt werden.
