1 Gewählt ist, wer die Mehrheit der Stimmen der anwesenden Ratsmitglieder auf sich vereinigt. 2 Erhalten Vorgeschlagene gleich viele Stimmen, wird der Wahlgang wiederholt; ändert das Ergebnis nicht, entscheidet das antragstellende Ratsmitglied. 3 Bei Wahlen von Mitarbeitenden wird nur für oder gegen die Vorgeschlagenen, nicht aber für nicht vorgeschlagene Personen gestimmt.
