§ 6 Rechtsschutz
Für die in den Bundesbedarfsplan aufgenommenen Vorhaben ist § 50 Absatz 1 Nummer 6 der Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung anzuwenden. Dies ist auch anzuwenden für 1. auf diese Vorhaben bezogene Veränderungssperren, Zulassungen des vorzeitigen Baubeginns und Anzeigeverfahren und 2. Genehmigungen nach dem Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz für Stromrichteranlagen, die dem Betrieb von Vorhaben aus dem Bundesbedarfsplan dienen.
