Art. 13 a) Allgemeines
Alle der Gasversorgung, dem Gasbezug und der Gasverwendung dienenden Anlagen, Installationen und Apparate im öffentlichen und privaten Bereich sind nach den von den eidgenössischen und kantonalen Behörden, vom Schweizerischen Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches (SVGW), vom Stadtrat und vom GW erlassenen Vorschriften und Richtlinien zu erstellen und zu betreiben.
