§ 10 Zusätzliche formgebundene Erläuterungen der Lebensversicherungsunternehmen
Lebensversicherungsunternehmen haben zusätzlich folgende formgebundene Erläuterungen zu erstellen: 1. Bewegung der Rückstellung für Beitragsrückerstattung gemäß Formulare F.110.01 bis F.113.01, 2. Bewegung des Bestands an Lebensversicherungen gemäß Formulare F.210.01 und F.211.01, 3. Zusammensetzung der gebuchten Bruttobeiträge gemäß Formular F.212.01, 4. Zerlegung des Rohergebnisses nach Ergebnisquellen gemäß Formular F.213.01 bis F.219.01, 5. Liste der Abrechnungsverbände gemäß Formular F.030.01 und Liste der Teilkollektivgruppen gemäß Formular F.030.02.
