§ 24a Elektronische Einreichung
(1) Der interne jährliche Bericht nach § 1 und der interne vierteljährliche Bericht nach § 19 sind der Bundesanstalt in elektronischer Form zu übermitteln. (2) Die Datenübermittlung erfolgt an die Melde- und Veröffentlichungsplattform (MVP-Portal) der Bundesanstalt. Unternehmen haben über das Internet Zugang zum MVP-Portal, nachdem sie sich bei der Bundesanstalt hierfür registriert haben. (3) Die Unternehmen haben die ordnungsgemäße Datenübermittlung durch Berücksichtigung der im MVP-Portal hinterlegten Informationen und Hinweise sicherzustellen.
