§ 7². Nõuded õpingu alustamiseks ja lõpetamiseks
(1) Õppima võib asuda põhiharidusega isik või vähemalt 22-aastane põhihariduseta isik, kellel on põhihariduse tasemele vastavad kompetentsid.
