Gebühren des Friedensgerichts 1 Das Friedensgericht erhebt eine Gebühr von 70 bis 7000 Franken. 2 Bei besonderen Schwierigkeiten oder bei einem hohen Streitwert kann der Höchstbetrag verdoppelt werden. 3 Wird das Friedensgericht als Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde tätig, so erhebt es eine Gebühr von 70 bis 5000 Franken.
