Schutzmassnahmen (Art. 146 JG und 156 StPO) 1 Die Sicherheits-, Justiz- und Sportdirektion trifft nach Anhören der Staatsanwaltschaft alle Massnahmen, die ihr angemessen erscheinen, um Personen zu schützen, die nach Abschluss eines Verfahrens bedroht bleiben. Sie kann bei Bedarf die Hilfe der Polizei anfordern. 2 Erachtet die Staatsanwaltschaft Schutzmassnahmen als notwendig, so informiert sie unverzüglich die Sicherheits- und Justizdirektion.
