Pro Kopf Beiträge 1 Die Stadt Schaffhausen schüttet jedem städtischen Sportverein pro Vereinsmitglied grundsätzlich einen festen Betrag in Form eines Kopfbeitrages zur Jugendsportförderung aus. 2 Die Ausschüttung des Kopfbeitrages erfolgt einmal jährlich. 3 Der Kopfbeitrag richtet sich ausschliesslich an die jugendlichen Mitglieder der Sportvereine im Alter von 5 - 19 Jahren, welche in der Stadt Schaffhausen wohnen.
