Art. 13 Kontrolle
Das Inspektorat kontrolliert in der Regel innerhalb eines Jahres nach der Fertigstellung, ob die Anlage vorschriftsgemäss und in Übereinstimmung mit den genehmigten Plänen erstellt worden ist und die zum Schutz der Umwelt verfügten Massnahmen umgesetzt worden sind.
