Art. 1c Vororientierung
Ein Vorhaben, das voraussichtlich der Sachplanpflicht unterliegt und dessen Bedarf von der Elektrizitätskommission bestätigt wurde (Art. 22 Abs. 2bis des Stromversorgungsgesetzes vom 23.
