Art. 7 Projektänderungen während des Verfahrens
Ergeben sich während des Plangenehmigungsverfahrens wesentliche Änderungen gegenüber dem ursprünglichen Projekt, so ist das geänderte Projekt den Betroffenen erneut zur Stellungnahme zu unterbreiten und gegebenenfalls öffentlich aufzulegen.
