1La partie qui entend obtenir la récusation d'une juge ou d'un juge en fait la demande à la cour concernée du Tribunal cantonal. 2Si la juge ou le juge admet le bien-fondé de la demande, elle ou il se récuse. 3Si l'intéressé conteste la demande, celle-ci est tranchée par la cour, qui désigne le cas échéant celui ou celle qui le remplace.
