Grund- und Mengengebühr Schmutzwasser 1 Der Staffeltarif gemäss Art. 37 SER beträgt pro Jahr: a. pauschal ab 1 bis 80 m3: Fr. 230.– b. pro weiteren m3 bis 200 m3: Fr. 2.10 c. pro weiteren m3 bis 500 m3: Fr. 2.– d. pro weiteren m3 bis 1’000 m3: Fr. 1.90 e. pro weiteren m3 bis 5’000 m3: Fr. 1.75 f. pro weiteren m3 über 5’000 m3: Fr. 1.60 Seite 7/9 2 Erfolgt der Anschluss an die öffentlichen Abwasseranlagen unterjährig oder werden diese nicht ganzjährig beansprucht, erfolgt keine anteilsmässige Reduktion. 3 Eine Gebührenreduktion im Sinne von Art. 37 Abs. 3 SER kann geltend gemacht werden, wenn mehr als 200 m3 der verbrauchten Wassermenge nachweislich nicht in die öffentlichen Abwasseranlagen abgeleitet werden. Die geltend gemachte Wassermenge muss zwecks Nachweis entsprechend gemessen werden.
