§ 6. Tarbija teavitamine
1) Kui tootele kohalduvate rakendusmeetmetega on ette nähtud tarbijate teavitamine, peab tootja tagama, et toote tarbijale antakse: 1) teavet lõppkasutaja rolli kohta toote säästlikul kasutamisel; 2) teavet toote ökoloogilise profiili ja ökodisaini eeliste kohta, kui rakendusmeetmed seda nõuavad.
