§ 5 Kennzeichnungen
(1) Die nach § 4 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 erforderliche Konformitätskennzeichnung muss auf jeder Aerosolpackung deutlich sichtbar angebracht sein. (2) Die Konformitätskennzeichnung besteht aus dem Zeichen "3" (umgekehrtes Epsilon) nach Artikel 3 der Richtlinie 75/324/EWG. (3) Es dürfen auf der Aerosolpackung keine Zeichen oder Aufschriften verwendet werden, die zu Verwechslungen mit dem Zeichen "3" führen können.
