Sanzioni 1 Le infrazioni alla presente Ordinanza, riservate quelle di competenza cantonale, sono punite dal Municipio con: a. la multa; b. la rimozione degli impianti in contrasto con la legislazione federale, cantonale o comunale oppure quando è scaduto il termine per presentare una domanda in sanatoria. Le spese di rimozione sono a carico dell'espositore. 2 Alla procedura di contravvenzione sono applicabili gli artt. 1 45 seg. LOC.
