Art. 3 Regeln der Technik
1 Die Rohrleitungsanlagen sind nach den Regeln der Technik von fachkundigen Personen zu projektieren, zu erstellen, zu betreiben und zu unterhalten.
2 Als Regeln der Technik gelten insbesondere die in Anhang 1 aufgeführten Richtlinien.
3 Das Departement für Umwelt, Verkehr, Energie und Kommunikation kann Anhang 1 den technischen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungen anpassen.
