§ 21. Finantskorrektsioonide tegemine ja toetuse tagastamine
(1) Finantskorrektsiooni otsus tehakse ja toetus tagastatakse ÜSS2021_2027 §-des 28–30 ja ühendmääruse §-des 34–38 sätestatu kohaselt. (2) Kui tagasimaksmise tähtpäevaks toetust tagasi ei maksta, maksab toetuse saaja viivist ÜSS2021_2027 §-s 30 sätestatu kohaselt.
