Das Personalamt kann für Vorschläge des Personals, die eine bessere oder wirtschaftlichere Gestaltung des Betriebes bezwecken und die mit Erfolg verwirklicht werden, sowie auch für Erfindungen und Entwicklungen, die nach Art. 58 nicht entschädigungsberechtigt sind, nach Rücksprache mit dem Abteilungsleiter oder der Abteilungsleiterin eine angemessene Prämie ausrichten.
