Die Erhebung von kantonalen und kommunalen Handänderungsabgaben ist bei Umstrukturierungen im Sinne von Artikel 8 Absatz 3 und Artikel 24 Absätze 3 und 3quater des Bundesgesetzes vom 14. Dezember 1990 über die Harmonisierung der direkten Steuern der Kantone und Gemeinden ausgeschlossen. Kostendeckende Gebühren bleiben vorbehalten. SR 642.14
