Art. 107 Folgen eines Mangels
1 Kann ein Mangel behoben werden, so räumt das Gericht den betroffenen Rechtsträgern dazu eine Frist ein. 2 Wird ein Mangel innerhalb der angesetzten Frist nicht behoben oder kann er nicht behoben werden, so hebt das Gericht den Beschluss auf und ordnet die erforderlichen Massnahmen an.
