Art. 78 Grundsatz
1 Stiftungen können miteinander fusionieren. 2 Die Fusion ist nur zulässig, wenn sie sachlich gerechtfertigt ist und insbesondere der Wahrung und Durchführung des Stiftungszwecks dient. Allfällige Rechtsansprüche der Destinatäre der beteiligten Stiftungen müssen gewahrt werden. Ist im Hinblick auf eine Fusion eine Zweckänderung erforderlich, so findet Artikel 86 des ZGB Anwendung.
