Art. 94 Fusionsbeschluss
1 Die Fusion bedarf der Zustimmung des obersten Leitungsorgans und, bei einer Genossenschaft, überdies der Generalversammlung. Für die erforderlichen Mehrheiten gilt Artikel 18 Absatz 1 Buchstabe d. 2 Bei Vorsorgeeinrichtungen des öffentlichen Rechts bleibt Artikel 100 Absatz 3 vorbehalten.
