1 Vorsorgeeinrichtungen können sich in eine Stiftung umwandeln. 2 Die Umwandlung von Vorsorgeeinrichtungen ist nur zulässig, wenn der Vorsorgezweck und die Rechte und Ansprüche der Versicherten gewahrt bleiben. 3 Die Artikel 89–95 finden sinngemäss Anwendung.
