Art. 63 IV. Anfechtung indexierter Mietzinse
Unter Vorbehalt der Anfechtung des Anfangsmietzinses kann eine Partei bei indexierten Mietzinsen vor Gericht nur geltend machen, dass die von der anderen Partei verlangte Erhöhung oder Herabsetzung des Mietzinses durch keine entsprechende Änderung des Indexes gerechtfertigt sei.
