Art. 72 V. Kündigung während der Erstreckung
Der Mieter kann das Mietverhältnis wie folgt kündigen: a) bei Erstreckung bis zu einem Jahr mit einer Frist von vier Wochen auf Ende eines Monats; b) bei Erstreckung von mehr als einem Jahr mit einer dreimonatigen Frist auf Ende eines Monats.
